Thomas W. Shumate IV

Tom Shumate is an attorney with the Nashville, Tennessee law firm of Kay, Griffin, Enkema & Brothers, PLLC. Mr. Shumate obtained his law degree from Notre Dame in 1998 and his bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University in 1995.

Mr. Shumate is active in numerous Bar and community organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee and the Father Ryan High School Alumni Association. He is incoming Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association's Law Practice Management and Technology Section, and he was one of four attorneys selected to serve as Young Leaders in the American Bar Association's Law Practice Management Section. He has also lectured attorneys on issued related to law practice technology and ethics.
